Fashion trend

Hey! Hey! Hey! I’m back for discussing more trends nowadays. Ahmm… Ok! So its he 21st century and we love our gadgets so much, but sometimes we long for the good old fashion days. How do you see the fashion of the people nowadays? Is it retro? Let’s have a recall for the fashion trends in 1970 - 1990

Let’s go back in 1970’s. Oh yeah! The funky years of our mother and father. Its all about the disco. The bell bottom pants, the Jumpsuit for AH Men, and the Kick pants. Kickin' jeans? Chuck Norris must have loved them, so is my funky father who is a fun of The Beatles. All styles of clothing were affected by the disco style, especially those of men. Men began to wear stylish three-piece suits which were characterized by wide lapels, wide legged or flared trousers, and high-rise waistcoats

How about 1980’s? as I recall this is the Michael Jackson and Madonna’s year. Leotards had been a fashion trend, when were first used to add color and texture under the "layered look". Leotards made from shiny spandex had become the standard feminine fashion of the "disco era", partly for their form-fitting quality and the fact that they allowed flexibility and ease of movement.

In 1990’s, this is my favourite time of the year, because I’m a fan of boy bands and Rap metal bands in this year. In this year men’s fashion is grunge look, street wear, and hip hop. The dominant youth clothing fad at the beginning of the 1990s was fluorescent clothing in blue, green, orange, pink, and yellow. Hoop earrings were also a popular accessory for teenaged girls and women in the first years of the 1990s. Plaid shirts were also popular. Popular colors for girls included coral, hot pink, and turquoise.

Now, which year do you prefer? For me, 1990’s is still the best, not because I was born in this year but because I was influenced mostly by the music and fashion in the 1990’s.
